Recognizing the pivotal role of entrepreneurship in economic development and social progress, ARISE was conceived amid Africa’s rich cultural diversity, abundant natural resources, and untapped human capital. Yet, systemic challenges, including limited access to finance, inadequate infrastructure, regulatory bottlenecks, and fragmented markets, have hindered its progress.
In February 2020, visionary leaders and entrepreneurs met in Ghana to establish ARISE as a collaborative platform for transformative impact. Guided by principles of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence, ARISE champions sustainable entrepreneurship and continental integration as twin engines of progress.
Believing that entrepreneurship unlocks Africa’s vast potential, ARISE empowers individuals to create jobs, innovate solutions, and transform communities. The initiative advocates for an enabling ecosystem of supportive policies, robust infrastructure, and market access, working closely with governments, civil society, academia, and the private sector to champion this course.

ARISE boasts a dedicated team of experts specializing in the Regional Integration, with appreciable knowledge within African and global institutions, backed by well-established data. We possess a comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics influencing regional, continental, and international policymaking processes.
We aim to advance evidence-based, policy-oriented knowledge on African regional bodies, focusing on sustainable policies, purposeful governance, leadership, and regional economic integration. Legally registered on 5th February 2020 and recognized by the government of Ghana, we are a credible institution driving the Pan-African Renaissance.
